The Overseas Koreans Foundation announced on the 23rd that Director Lee Sang-deok sent a congratulatory message to Kyoto International High School, a Korean school in Japan that won the Japanese National High School Baseball Championship, also known as the “dream stage” or “Summer Koshien.”

In his congratulatory message, the director said, "The achievement of the Kyoto International High School baseball team, a member of the overseas Korean community, at Koshien is a great feat that has brought great joy to the Korean people and the overseas Korean community, following the last Paris Olympics."
